Trajan Dock (wharf 10 and 11), which has two moorings, is equipped with four electric cranes having retractable and slewable arms. The cranes have a capacity of 6 t and 20 t, and travel on large rails.

Guglielmotti Dock (wharf 7), wich has only one mooring, is equipped with 3 eletric cranes on rails having retractable arms and a capacity of 5,5 t.

Vespucci Dock (wharf 2), one mooring, is equipped with 2 eletric cranes having 6 t capacities.The cranes are on trestles on rails.

Albicini Dock (wharf 14), one mooring, is equipped with 4 eletric cranes. They travel on rails and have capacities of 27 t. and 30 t.

A modern container terminal has been constructed on the Compagnia Roma Dock (wharf 8) and is equipped with two 35 t portainers and two 35 t wheeled transtainers. The terminal employs an installed equipment base, wich is technologically advanced, including some 60 t truck cranes, forklift trucks, and means of transport.

Warehouses and silos, have a total grain and oilseed holding capacity of 35,000 t, are located at Bicchiere wharf (wharf 8).

Combustibles and petroleum products are off-loaded at Petroli Dock (wharf2), wich has a fire fighting service.
