The modern Terminal Container is equipped of two docks:

- n° 15 for RO-RO ships, that is about 130 m long and has 18'00 ft bottoms.
- n° 16 for third generation RO-RO and LO-LO ships that are about 208 m long and have 39'00 ft bottoms.

It has a 70,000 m2 area for container storage and maintenance. A further 30 ha will soon be available on the basis of a new planning scheme.

Other areas have been singled out for container storage in the areas neighboring the port.
The terminal can store more than 2500 containers for day and up to 80 teu of refer containers, besides the empty containers on the adjacent aprons.

Areas for parking 175 vehicles are projected for 22,000 m2 surface.
